Municipal Inspections

Even for buyers that are purchasing a home “As-Is” there may be an inspection that is required in order to transfer occupancy of the home. Many areas require a Municipal Inspection prior to closing and any defects repaired prior to the home being sold. This week we discuss these inspections and what you need to know about them.
