Stellar Storage Spaces – Thank to HGTV and other home design outlets, an organized closet has become a top feature that home buyers are looking for. Before listing your home for sale, it is a good idea to purge storage areas and closets of items that you are not going to move to your next home in order to make the storage areas fo your home not only look more organized, but appear to have plenty of space for the new owner.
Neutral Colors – When selling your home, you want the buyer to feel that they could “move right in” with little to no projects that they will need to complete before moving in. Neutral walls and flooring choices help them to be able to envision their furniture and decor in your home.
Modern Kitchen – Kitchen and bathrooms sell homes, but you don’t necessarily need to perform a full remodel to your kitchen before you sell. New counter tops, drawer and cabinets pulls and backsplash can go a long way in making your kitchen look and show like new.
