Tammie always made herself available to us & never gave up even though it was a long search!
We met Tammie at a random open house we attended. She seemed eager & willing to help us so we scheduled a meeting with her & explained what we were looking for. She quickly started finding & showing us houses that met our criteria. After a couple months of not finding “the one”, we regrouped & started looking in an entirely different area. Throughout all these changes, Tammie remained patient & always enthusiastically assured us that she would indeed help us find the perfect house, always reminding us not to settle. In addition to her positive attitude – Tammie always made herself available to show us homes, sometimes multiple times per week and often last minute. My husband & I are both busy professionals, so her flexibility & willingness to work with our busy schedules was invaluable. When we finally found the perfect house, Tammie walked us through every part of the offer process, helped us negotiate a fair deal, worked with our lender and continued to support us all the way past closing when we had several unique arise. Again, neither my husband or I can say enough great things bout Tammie and would most defiantly recommend her to anyone looking for a positive, motivated, friendly realtor.
